The great outdoors can be incredibly calming, yet we often forget that winding down can be as simple and quick as slipping outside the front door or sliding open a window. Clear your head and give your tired muscles a break by stepping out on the porch or standing on the work or school patio for a quick breather. Go for an evening walk with a few family members before bed to release some stress and escape the chores, homework and electronics for a few moments. Visit the nearest park and use the swings whether you're a kid or an adult! And while you're out, don't forget to breathe deeply and enjoy the simplicity of nature.
