Chocolate's bad, right? Remember that the key to a healthy lifestyle is balance. Most "taboo" foods, like chocolate, aren't poisonous to your body; they just need to be supervised. Plain chocolate, ice cream, brownies, candy bars - they're okay. Just remember to curb your intake wisely rather than gorge endlessly. For instance, if you like to chow down on handfuls of chocolate chips, try tempering the habit by "diluting" the chocolate in a mix of nuts and dried fruits. As you benefit from the energy of the other tidbits, you'll fill up faster and still be satisfying your sweet tooth!
