Ever considered the role water could play in helping with healthy weight? Water not only helps our bodies function as they should and keeps them running smoothly, but it also shows up handy in a few other ways. For example, dehydration can keep us from being motivated to get out and exercise as well as cause fatigue that hinders full capacity activity during exercise. Downing extra water throughout the day and before activities can keep your body running longer during a jog, game, or dance. Besides lending a hand in burning calories, water can help out in curbing unnecessary calorie intake. Keep the water botter handy in between meals to help avoid filling up on snacks or over stuffing yourself at dinner.
