The Heart of Leadership

Ever wonder why you “click” immediately with some people and never connect with others?  Why do some people seem to crave peace, while others seem to steamroll their way through life?   In this enlightening workshop, we will unlock the code to personality and discover how to use this knowledge in our everyday relationships.  Using colors to identify each personality’s motives, each person will be able to identify their gifts and understand others.  This tool is invaluable when used for hiring, creating teams and evaluating them.
